Dow's Vintage Port 2003, Douro, Portugal

            The 2003 Vintage Port follows traditional Dow's Vintage Port hallmark with slightly drier than other leading houses while retaining the traditional richness that is characteristic of all great Vintage Port.   This wine is designed to age well.

Trapiche 2003 Single Vineyard Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina

• Viña Jose Blanco - This has concentrated red fruit aromas of cherry, plums and mulberry with different tasting layers of black fruit, chocolate, cassis and oak notes. This wine will evolve greatly over the years.
• Viña Felipe Villafañe - Named for the 104 year old farmer that planted these vines in 1948, this wine displays a complex array of cherry jam, chocolate and vanilla with thick tannins. The balanced structure will allow this wine to develop more complexity through 2010.
• Viña Pedro Gonzalez - Deliciously structured tannins and aromas of plums and cherries integrate harmoniously with the flavours of toast, cigar tobacco and smoke. This too is a wine that can be enjoyed today, but will evolve superbly through 2010 .

Paraduxx 2003 Red Wine, Napa Valley, California

            A blend of 63% Zinfandel, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc, this wine exhibits flavors of strawberry jam, rich blackberry, cedar, dill and oak.

Alexander Valley Vineyards 1997 Cyrus, Alexander Valley, California

            The thing to note about this sumptuous red blend is that if you look around, we're the only retail store that has it.   That says it all.
