A beautiful estate overlooking the city of Cape Town onto
the Table Mountain and the sea, this farm has been in
the Graaf family for three generations with support on
the farm that has been there for five generations.

Sauvignon Blanc: Intense aromas of litchi, lime
and asparagus with a full gooseberry and lime palate and
a finely structured fresh fig finish and long after taste.

Merlot: An elegant medium bodied wine with black
fruit, licorice and coffee flavors. A well structured
wine with blackberry fruit and firm tannins.
Lindemans

Interestingly, the Lindemans Winery was started by Henry
Lindeman who was interested in making wine for its medicinal
benefits, concerned that the hard spirits of the early
colonies to be near-poisonous.

Shiraz: A medium to full bodied palate with layers
of red berry and bramble fruit complimented by hints of
dark chocolate. 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon: With flavors
of black currant and ripe dark berry flavors, this wine
will compliment roasted meats, game and rich pasta dishes.
